Password reset. I have tried several times to change password but I dont get an email. It might be my email address that is causing the problems but I cant seem to find how to change the email to try another one

I am riunnijg Mac OSX and safari just keeps saying PadAgent not installed,. I have tried Chrome but it tells me my password is incorrect. I have tried to resetit several times but diont get an email. It could be my email as I have had trouble before so I tried to change mny email address but this seems impossible - any Ideas?
