How do I pay for the 6-month plan with the credit card/Stripe option?

I have been blocked from continuing the $45 plan via Stripe when I thought I was pausing my subscription. I would like to continue with the 6-month plan, but the Credit Card option is not going through. When I click the "Pay" button, the loading circle appears for a second, but it goes no where. Maybe the payment has not been properly set up, as I am unable to pay. How do I gain access to my account so I can at least download all my files before the 15 days elapse and all my files are wiped out? I have sent several messages and emails over the last 45 hours or so, and I have yet to get a resolution.

We would like to inform about our latest update on pricing and payment. We no longer offer special pricing for new recurring subscriptions. Only existing subscribers can keep their current recurring special price until they cancel their subscription. All new purchases are now available as packages, and you can choose the plan and price below.
