Error ‘Abnormal converter error, get no result!

I have 2 patterns that I can not download from the cloud. The error message I get is " ABNORMAL CONVERTER ERROR, GET NO RESULT!" Can you advise what the problem is?

If you receive this error message, please check if your file contains special characters. If it does, please rename it without special characters and try downloading it again.
