Hi. I am struggling to plot from pad system.

When I go to plot, the page setup is for letter size paper. I am unable to change it to a 24" roll. Any advice welcome! If someone can help me with how to attach screenshots here, that would be great!

Hi there, You can try going to File Menu → Plot, then add or select your current plotter driver. After that, please go to the Page Setup tab and set the paper size to your desired.

If you’re still unable to change it, could you please share more details about your plotter model? You may also send the information to us at support@padsystem.com , and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

Hi Bo. I have purchased an HP T210 that I am using. I did email the support@padsystem two days ago but have not received a reply yet. Thanks, Marla

Which printer or plotter do you have? Usually, if your printer or plotter supports roll fit, the page setup will display this option. If you are using a PC, you can check the Windows driver to see whether it allows you to select it.

Hi Celia, I took two screenshots. Sometimes the page setup says letter size and I am unable to change it. Sometimes, like today it says custom and 24" roll, yet when I go to print preview it is on regular letter size pages. I will attach screenshots.
