Password reset. I have tried several times to change password but I dont get an email. It might be my email address that is causing the problems but I cant seem to find how to change the email to try another one

Hi. I have a standard license and have tried to load a shirt pattern and it tells me I dont have access - is this because I have a standard license and do I have to upgrade to get access
