Does anyone know what this means? I cant download my pattern files. Instead I am getting this error. I did update my program this week. Thank you

We have identified an issue with downloading files from the homepage, and our team will fix it as soon as possible. In the meantime, you may try opening one file first and then downloading it from the homepage. This workaround should help for now.
