Can't update credit card on recurring license sales email not working

Hi,

I've sent numerous emails and tried calling because I can't update stolen credit card and don't want to loose my pattern work!

You can update your credit card from the Account Settings. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the website: https://cloud.padsystem.com/auth#/sign_in
  2. Click the Settings icon and go to Account Settings.
  3. Select Manage License, then click Manage Subscription.
  4. You will be redirected to a new page for subscription management.
  5. Add your new credit card under Payment Method.
  6. Set the new card as your default card by clicking the three dots and selecting Make Default.
