I am not able to do shirring on both ends of a pc by selecting two segments, why?

Using the shirring tool, I am not able to do shiirring at two ends of a pc , why? it is only working by shirring a segement with a pivot point

The Shirring tool requires a pivot point to be set as the reference point in order to rotate the piece and apply the shirring. Please check how to use the Shirring tool at this FAQ: Shirring tools

Build 8.2.251208 contains an issue in this tool, which will be resolved in the next release
