crashing program

Pad system keeps crashing when i am trying to place a mark 1cm down a neckline. I've tried closing and opening the program, as well as duplicating the entire file and nothing works.

Any and all advice is very welcome!

Regarding your issue, it appears that there may be a problem with the curves. You can try deleting the points on the curves, which will turn them into a straight line. After that, you can redraw the curve using the curve tool.
