PAD to CLO and CLO to PAD compatibility issues

Has anyone worked between CLO and PAD? I cannot import a graded pattern from CLO into PAD and the pattern files I can import into PAD from CLO come in very messy and somewhat distorted. Maybe these two systems are just not compatible. I am currently on a free 30 day trial of PAD but if I cannot get this to work, I won't subscribe.

We recommend uploading files while logged in through the Padsystem desktop icon, as this provides the best option for file uploading.

If you upload files while logged in through the Padsystem desktop icon, you will have more options to upload specific DXF file formats for better results. image description
