Im unable to use digitizer, is it not available anymore

Our updated Digitizer is working normally. Could you please let us know which version you are using now? We no longer provide support for older versions, so we need to check your current version first.

To set up a digitizer in the PAD System
Steps:
- Create a new digitizer file and open it.
2 Open the device configuration to connect your digitizer.
In the menu bar, click Options → Device Configuration.
