Cannot open files from the customer

Please check if the file contains many pattern pieces and sizes because the trial version or basic plan has restrictions on grading and limits on the number of pattern pieces that can be opened. Please check this link for more details on the differences between plans:link text

The file format may not be correct. PadSystem supports the following pattern file formats: DXF-AAMA, DXF-ASTM, HPGL, and PLT.

If you upload a DXF file via the Home page (not the Web page), you can select the correct format for conversion before opening the file.
