What is the definition of Floating License - 1 Year?

I can see there are 2 options on token purchase. One is USD50 for 100 tokens and the other is USD200 for Floating License on 1 year. Can you provide more details about the floating license? My team is using online nesting intensively and would like to find out any cost-saving schemes.

The Floating License is used with a local license that has a serial number. If you purchase a Floating License, you can move the license between different computers as needed. This feature is available only for V5, V6, and V7.
