I cannot download Padagent. It shows a processing bar and never stops.

Sometimes the security setting on your browser may prevent you from downloading PadAgent, so you may change the browser security setting first to enable the download. Then reload the website to attempt again. For the details please refer to this FAQ’s link: link text
