Yesterday, I accidentally dragged my "Main" folder into another folder. It appeared as if it copied over to the new folder because it showed up in both places. So, I deleted the duplicate folder. Today, both folders are gone and I can not find them. The strange thing is that I can still access the contents of the folder on my desktop app, but can not see them on the web app. Also, when I try to create a new marker with an existing pattern, I can't add the pattern because it does not see the folder. Please help! All of my company patterns are in that folder! I have attached screenshots of both the online surface and the desktop surface showing that the desktop shows the folder, but online does not.
