Why when i try to grade PAD crashes even though my license is active.
Also I always have to go back and release my license each time I log on . Why is that? if my license is active it should stay active at all times.
Could you please provide the steps before crashing? It would be very helpful if you could also share a screen recording of the same steps before the error occurs to our mail support@padsystem.com, This will help us better understand the cause of the issue.
If the system closes unexpectedly, the license may still be held by the file. Normally, a license is released when the file is properly saved and closed. In this case, you may need to release the license and then try opening the file again.
