Complete Directory disappeared

Yesterday, I accidentally dragged my "Main" folder into another folder. It appeared as if it copied over to the new folder because it showed up in both places. So, I deleted the duplicate folder. Today, both folders are gone and I can not find them. The strange thing is that I can still access the contents of the folder on my desktop app, but can not see them on the web app. Also, when I try to create a new marker with an existing pattern, I can't add the pattern because it does not see the folder. Please help! All of my company patterns are in that folder! I have attached screenshots of both the online surface and the desktop surface showing that the desktop shows the folder, but online does not.

This may result from unstable network or temporary index error. Could you log out and re-login your account to check whether the folder is visible? If you still can’t find the folder, please share your relevant screenshots for our further inspection.

it will only allow me to enter one screenshot. Is there an email address where I can reach you? The folder was originally available in my desktop app, but now is no longer available anywhere. I am afraid that when I deleted the folder that appeared to be a copy of the original, that it deleted both

Did you try to restore your folder in the Trash bin? Most folder missing issues can be solved directly this way. If you still have this problem, please send us screenshots to support@padsystem.com. We will check the issue with our team and get back to you.
